MP WooD is committed to customer satisfaction and product quality.
If a product purchased from MP WooD is damaged or defective, it may be returned to our store for repair at the following address:
Republic of Armenia, Yerevan, Nalbandyan 41/1 st.
The repair process takes approximately 3-5 working days, depending on the extent of the damage. Repair costs are determined individually based on the condition of the product.
Please note that the repair cost does not include delivery fees. Any delivery charges after the repair is completed are the responsibility of the customer.
